Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of togethersports.net and the TogetherSports app.
Early access
TogetherSports is in development and offered to pilot clubs as an early access product. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times while we build it.
Your content
Your club owns the rosters, messages, video, and other content it puts into TogetherSports. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use TogetherSports to upload content you do not have the right to share, to harass anyone, or to try to break or misuse the service.
Payments
Club dues collected through TogetherSports are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Any pricing for TogetherSports itself will be agreed with your club before you are charged.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TogetherSports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
