TogetherSports ("we", "us") makes the TogetherSports app for youth sports clubs. This policy explains what we collect through this website and the TogetherSports app, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name, email, and club name when you ask for early access.
- Club and account information entered into TogetherSports by a club, such as rosters, schedules, and messages.
- Match video and stats that a club chooses to record and analyze.
- Payment information, which is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to run TogetherSports for your club, to respond to you, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Children and youth athletes
TogetherSports is used by clubs that include minors. Accounts for minors are set up by their club and parent or guardian, and parents control consent for video and highlight sharing. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child's information at any time.
Service providers
We host TogetherSports on Google Cloud and Firebase, and we use Stripe for payments. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@togethersports.net.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
